What you will learn:
Learn how to make our signature Ricotta Cavatelli from scratch! This class is suitable for cooks of all levels, if you have ever payed with Play-doh, you can make fresh pasta and these results are much more delicious.
You will receive a recipe packet and enjoy a full 3 course sit-down meal at the end of the class. Class will be hands on with demonstrative style teaching. Everyone will be situated at their own cutting board situated around a large table that will accommodate the whole group (15 people max). We will work together as a group with the instructor at the head of the table.
We will focus on making cavatelli dough, and the technique necessary to create the pasta shape. While we send the class pasta into the kitchen for our chef to prepare, enjoy sipping on wine and soda and snacking on bruschetta. Enjoy your homemade created pasta in either a wild boar ragu or for vegetarians a pomodoro sauce. To complete the meal you will be served house made tiramisu.
